The Lighthouse International Film Festival on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, is not only a world-class film festival, but also a unique, beach-centric cultural experience like no other.
LIFF has twice been recognized by MovieMaker magazine as one of the “25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World.”
The 17th edition of the festival takes place June 4-8, 2025.
LIFF also offers engaging panels, masterclasses, and networking events.
The short film
“Unparallel World” tells of Hana, a poor girl, motherless and forced by her father to work as a peddler at a traffic light. She has a dream, but a tragic event sweeps away her hopes.
