Three Esen Studios titles selected
“Black Seed” by Amirhoman Khosravani, “The face of Capgras” by Nicole Turi and “The Truth” by Miranda Angeli are in the official selection of the 15th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala, India.
15th IDSFFK
The International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala has over the years evolved into the key platform for non-fiction filmmaking in the country, organised by the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy for the Department of Cultural Affairs, Government of Kerala as part of its endeavour to catalyse a vibrant documentary and short film movement.
The IDSFFK is an 𝙊𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙧 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙢 𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 for the documentaries. The short films selected
It will be the world premiere of the Iranian short film “Black Seed” (Daneye Siaah) and the Italian “The face of Capgras” (Il volto di Capgras). For the other Italian short film in the official selection, “The Truth” (La Verità), will instead be the Asian premiere.
