The short film “Hidden Time” by Giovanni Soldi is in the official selection of the 11th Castiglioni Film Festival, Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy.

Castiglioni Film Festival

Castiglioni Film Festival will take place from July 24 to 27, 2025, in the picturesque village of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the heart of the Valdichiana, with screenings at the Teatro Cinema Mario Spina and the panoramic Cassero arena.
For its 11th edition, the Castiglioni Film Festival is inaugurating an international short film competition for the first time, opening its doors to over 300 works from 52 countries. Castiglion Fiorentino thus confirms its position as a hub for contemporary cinema, becoming a meeting place for directors, enthusiasts, and industry professionals.

The short film

A man returns to the place of his childhood, where he remembers a significant episode, there, in a hole, he had hidden ten thousand years. Now, in old age, he realizes the paradox of that game, the impossibility of hiding time.
