The Bali International Film Festival, now in its 18th year, is held every June on the island of Bali, Indonesia. It attracts a diverse and enthusiastic audience of film lovers, filmmakers and a vibrant local community. The festival organizes numerous workshops and seminars, many of which are free, aimed at film students and young creatives.

The short film

“A lifelike fairy tale” is a short hybrid drama, all the characters in the film are real so it is balancing between docu-fiction and hybrid fiction. The film tells about a homeless family which lives comfortably in an abandoned house on the outskirts of Vilnius. One day the owner of the house returns from England and decides to take his house back.
