The 14th edition of Trenton Film Festival, organized by the Trenton Film Society, closes tomorrow 11 June.
The Festival
The festival screens cutting-edge short films of various genres from around the world, offering filmmakers the opportunity to interact with the audience through post-screening discussions, receptions and workshops.
The Location
Located halfway between New York City and Philadelphia, Trenton is a small city with easy access to one of the largest film markets in the world, capable of giving exposure to many short films produced by emerging talent or established directors.
Selected short films
In the 2023 official selection of the Trenton Film Festival we find 5 Esen Studios short films: “The ninth course” (La nona portata) by Domenico Bruzzese, Mauro Mola and Bruno Ugioli, United States premiere of the short film; third participation in an American festival, after San Francisco and Los Angeles, for the short film “Animalia” by Giovanni Battista Bacilieri; “I wanted to be Vittorio Gassman” (Volevo essere Gassman) by Cristian Scardigno; “15:29” by Giovanni Busnach; “The Truth” (La Verità) by Miranda Angeli with her world premiere.
The short-films will be screened on June 10 and 11 at Mill Hill Playhouse, Trenton.
