Founded in 2008, the festival aims to promote the widest possible circulation of short films, serving as a crucial launching pad for emerging directors and offering a platform for meetings with industry professionals. Screenings and collateral events take place in historic venues such as the Cinema Fulgor, helping to keep alive the bond between Fellini and his audience.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”EB Garamond||||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_font_size=”24px” text_line_height=”1.5em” link_text_color=”#0c71c3″ header_3_font=”EB Garamond|700|||||||” header_3_font_size=”26px” background_enable_color=”off” width=”90%” max_width=”90%” module_alignment=”left” custom_margin=”20px||0px||false|false” custom_margin_tablet=”20px||0px||false|false” custom_margin_phone=”20px||0px||false|false” custom_margin_last_edited=”on|phone” custom_padding=”|||10px|false|false” text_font_size_tablet=”24px” text_font_size_phone=”24px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|desktop” module_alignment_tablet=”center” module_alignment_phone=”center” module_alignment_last_edited=”on|phone” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Fentanyl, the most popular street drug in Vilnius, is merciless to anyone who tries it.
