Three short films from the Alpha Film’s distribution catalogue are in the official selection of the 24th Dhaka International Film Festival, Bangladesh.

–“Fantastic Varations on events that really happened in Turin in 1911” (“Variazioni fantastiche su eventi realmente accaduti a Torino nel 1911”) by Giulio Maria Cavallini
–“The Secret” by Kęstutis Drazdauskas
–“A lifelike fairy tale” by Rinaldas Tomaševičius

📅 The festival will take place from January 10th to 18th 2026.
The screenings are scheduled as follows:

•⁠ “Variazioni Fantastiche su eventi realmente accaduti a Torino nel 1911” on Saturday, 10th January at 10:30pm.

• “A lifelike fairy tale” on Saturday, 17th January at 17:00pm.

• “The Secret” on Sunday, 18th January at 10:30pm.

➡ “Fantastic Varations on events that really happened in Turin in 1911” (Variazioni Fantastiche su eventi realmente accaduti a Totino nel 1911) and “A lifelike fairy tale” are included in the Short & Independent Film Section.
